Kay joined WHN in January 2025 to lead the firm’s people strategy.
With over 15 years of senior HR experience, she’s held key roles, including HR director at Napthens Solicitors and, more recently, as senior HR business partner at MRSG UK Services.
At WHN, Kay balances strategic priorities with the day-to-day needs of the business. This includes shaping WHN’s approach to recruitment and ensuring the firm continues to attract top talent from across the North West as it grows.
She also plays a key role in fostering a workplace culture that reflects WHN’s values of inclusivity, excellence, innovation, integrity, and strong client relationships and communicating these both internally and externally.
Kay holds a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Salford University and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She also completed an Executive Mini MBA with the London School of Business and Finance during the pandemic, studying online alongside professionals from around the world.
