Clare Pinnington

Clare joined WHN’s Salford team in June 2024, as a senior associate to assist in the expansion of WHN’s family law services across Greater Manchester.

She previously was a director at Pinnington Law, which is now part of the WHN Group. Prior to joining WHN, Clare was a senior associate at Slater and Gordon in Manchester.

Clare advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown including cohabitation disputes, nuptial agreements and divorce proceedings as well as dealing with remedy proceedings and financial resolution.

She has a particular interest in matters regarding children, including dealing with Child Arrangements Orders and complex child arrangements cases.

Clare has a degree in law from Liverpool John Moores University and completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Manchester Metropolitan University. She is a member of Resolution, a community of family justice professionals who work with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way.
