Claire Birch

Claire joined WHN in November 2023 from Davis Blank Furniss and has more than 30 years’ experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.

She is based primarily at our Bury office and supports our clients across the North West with a wide range of issues including leasehold and freehold properties, new builds, shared ownership, purchase of land, transfer of equity, purchase of freehold and surrender and re-grant of leases.
