WHN has secured the prestigious national Law Society’s quality mark, Lexcel for a second year running.
Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall’s placement on the nationally-recognised scheme demonstrates its commitment to client care services, efficient case management, cost efficiency and a minimum risk service.
It is one of only a handful of law firms in Lancashire and Greater Manchester to uphold its membership, adhering to management standards set out by the Law Society.
To gain and retain Lexcel accreditation, Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall was required to go through a rigorous re-assessment process which included strict reviews, training and audits to evidence commitment to the scheme.
David Connor, partner at Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall, commented: “While we are proud to retain the accreditation, it is our clients who will benefit. They can be assured that the way we manage our practice has their interests at heart.
“The legal landscape is extremely competitive and there is an increasing amount of choice when it comes to selecting legal representation. Securing Lexcel helps us stand out and demonstrates our commitment to client care and best practice.”
Nicholas Fluck, president of the Law Society of England and Wales, said: “The Lexcel practice management scheme continues to go from strength to strength assisting firms to differentiate itself in a crowded marketplace.
“Gaining the accreditation is no mean feat but shows the positive steps Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall is taking to help clients make informed decisions on a diverse range of legal expertise.”
