Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors (WHN) has been recognised for its continued commitment to customer service after being named a finalist in two categories in this year’s Red Rose Awards.
The firm, which has eight offices across Lancashire and Greater Manchester, has once again secured a place in the ‘Professional Services’ category having won the prestigious award in 2022.
WHN is also the only law firm to be listed among the six finalists for the Red Rose ‘Customer Service Award’ – that acknowledges private and public sector organisations that demonstrate excellence in customer service.
Its award entry included a range of customer testimonials praising WHN’s work across all disciplines and highlighted its investment in the communities within which it operates.
Organised by Lancashire Business View, the Red Rose Awards celebrate business excellence throughout the county by recognising business that “keep the county alive”.
WHN, which employs over 100 people, is committed to serving its clients across individual, family and business legal issues as well as actively supporting local charities and business support services.
The firm recently strengthened its presence as a leading firm in the Legal 500 directory, a prestigious independent guide to the UK’s top legal firms and solicitors – with six of its leading lawyers mentioned as ‘recommended lawyers’ and commercial property specialist Eleanor Longworth identified as a ‘rising star’. WHN has also been successful in being ranked in Chambers & Partners for its work in property litigation.
As a Red Rose finalist, WHN will now take part in an intensive day of robust interviewing in front of a panel of expert judges for both finalist categories. As a finalist in the professional services category, the judges will be keen to see how WHN has successfully met the changing demands of its clients while keeping its own practice on track. For the Customer Services award, WHN will demonstrate how its team goes the extra mile by putting its clients central to core business objectives.
The winners of all 22 categories will be announced at the Red Rose Awards ceremony dinner, which will see business figures from across Lancashire gather at the Winter Gardens Blackpool on March 9, 2023.
Julie Sutherland, business development and marketing manager at WHN Solicitors, said: “The whole WHN team is thrilled to be short-listed once again for the Professional Services Award, a year after winning it in 2022, and to be the only law firm going through to interview stage for the Customer Services Award.
“We are privileged and proud that thousands of clients choose WHN to help them with their business, personal and family legal matters. We strive to give the best possible service so to make this shortlist means a lot to us.”
