We are pleased to announce that we are launching a new Commercial Property Dispute Resolution unit, headed by Senior Partner David McCann and commercial property litigation specialist, Daniel Long.
The service will provide landlords and tenants with expert legal advice on a number of potential disputes, including: breach of covenant, insolvency, lease, disputes, rent and service charge recovery.
