WHN Solicitors’ property litigation team will showcase its expertise at this year’s National Landlord Investment Show at Old Trafford football stadium in Manchester.
The show is the UK’s number one landlord and property investment event and attracts thousands of attendees each year across three UK exhibitions. This year’s Manchester event is being held on October 15.
Supporting landlords on commercial and residential property matters is a key area of WHN’s expertise and the team advises on a range of issues including tenant disputes, long leasehold dispute resolution and purchasing and selling investment properties. It is the third time the team has attended the event.
Five WHN experts in commercial and residential landlord issues will attend the show and will be available throughout the day to offer guidance to attendees on issues they may be facing.
The show will be attended by Daniel Long, director and head of commercial who specialises in landlord and tenant disputes on commercial leases. He will be joined by associate director Eleanor Longworth, an expert in long leasehold dispute resolution, director and head of residential conveyancing Jennifer Prysiaznyj as well as Rene McCarthy, trainee solicitor in WHN’s commercial property team.
Daniel Long, director, WHN Solicitors said: “WHN advises a wide range of landlords, managing agents, property companies and leaseholders from across England and Wales each year and we have made a number of new appointments and promotions recently to further strengthen our expertise in landlord issues.
“The new government is expected to reform the private rented sector in the coming years and this event will give us the chance to offer advice to attendees on how these could affect their business as well as gain feedback from the property investment community on what they see as the key challenges and opportunities.”
The WHN team is available through the day to discuss landlord-related matters. To arrange a meeting on a commercial issue please contact Daniel Long (daniel.long@whnsolicitors.co.uk) or Jennifer Prysiaznyj for residential matters (Prysiaznyj@whnsolicitors.co.uk).
