Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors (WHN) has strengthened its residential conveyancing team with the appointment of a new solicitor who will support clients at its Clitheroe and Great Harwood offices.
Carolynne Tovell has more than 20 years’ experience as a conveyancing solicitor in the Lancashire market. She has previously worked at several Lancashire law firms including Farleys and Forbes.
She will assist clients across the Ribble Valley area with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters including property sales, purchases and remortgages. Carolynne will also support clients on shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes.
Michael Shroot, CEO, WHN Solicitors, said: “WHN has grown our residential conveyancing team across our North West offices in recent months and Carolynne will further strengthen our client offering.
“She has worked in the Lancashire residential market for over 20 years and her deep understanding of the sector will help deliver smooth property transitions while dealing with complex issues if they arise.”
Carolynne said: “WHN is a well-respected firm with a reputation across Lancashire and Greater Manchester for the quality service it provides – this was key for me in joining the team.
“The residential market is more complicated than ever, with shared ownership, Help to Buy and other options giving our clients greater choice over how property is purchased and sold.
“I’m looking forward to using my experience to advise our clients, so they can better understand and navigate the options available and make the right decisions for themselves and their families.”
Carolynne lives in Hapton, Lancashire and is a member of the Law Society. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and attending music festivals.
