WHN Solicitors has thrown its weight behind a charitable campaign to ensure the area’s most vulnerable have a cracking Easter.
Staff at the Blackburn office based on Preston New Road, have pledged their support to the Community and Business Partner’s Easter Challenge, donating chocolate eggs to the scheme.
The eggs, which have been handed-over to SAMS (Scrap Art Material Store) at the Energy Zone in Blackburn, will be distributed to vulnerable residents and SAMS users to ensure they have the Easter they deserve.
Karen Reid, chartered legal executive at Woodcocks, Haworth and Nuttall, said: “We are committed to supporting the local community so when we heard about the Easter Challenge we were keen to rally up support and do as much as we could to help.
“While we have put our backing behind similar initiatives in the past, this is the first year that WHN Solicitors has supported the Community and Business Partner’s Easter Challenge.
“Schemes like this are at the heart of the local community, benefiting Blackburn’s most vulnerable, so it’s vital that local firms get their heads together and rack up support – it’s something we will continue to do in the future.”
