Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall has added a new face to its Haslingden family law team as it continues to drive forward.
The firm, which last year merged with another of the North West’s longest serving law firms, Haworth and Nuttall, has appointed associate solicitor, Louise Daniel, to head up its growing family law department at the Haslingden office.
Louise, who will now be based at Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall on Princess Street, previously spent 15 years working with clients at the firm’s Rawtenstall office. She has particular expertise in the complex aspects of divorce, children disputes and issues of property and finance
Louise, originally joined the firm as a trainee and was made an associate solicitor in 2009. She replaces, senior partner, Roger Medlock who recently retired. Louise is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and a member of Resolution and lives in the East Lancashire area.
Louise will focus on communicating a more comprehensive range of family law services to Haslingden’s residents, along with developing the team.
She commented: “Family law is extremely complex but we have a fantastic family law team in Haslingden which offers an approachable and sympathetic service, making us a leading choice for those dealing with divorce and separation.
Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall is committed to delivering services which cater for people living with life’s present challenges and our fixed fee structure is unique in helping to deliver peace of mind for our clients.”
Senior partner at Woodcocks, Haworth and Nuttall, David McCann said: “Louise will play an important part in further developing our work in Haslingden and the surrounding areas as we continue to grow.
“Our merger 12 months ago has brought about a new strategy which aims to benefit clients, giving them access to a range of services from the experts, right on their doorstep.”
